SBC - PROFIVE® NUCV-V1605B
x86 Single-Board-Computer in embedded NUC™ standard
The industrial PROFIVE® Single Board Computer (SBC) NUC V1605 was designed in the embedded NUC™ standard and is based on the latest AMD Ryzen™ Embedded V1000 platform which, which is characterized by excellent efficiency and performance as well as a class-leading integrated graphics unit (iGPU / Radeon ™ Vega 8 Graphics).
This makes this single-board computer a very compact, only about 10 x 10 cm large, high-performance industrial embedded board, which is used for a wide variety of applications such as AI (artificial intelligence), ML (machine learning), CV (computer vision), robotics as well as mobile systems, automation, measurement technology and IoT is perfectly equipped.
The CPU is used with a TDP of 12W - 25W:

The PROFIVE® NUCV-V1605B SBC is characterized by a wide input voltage range from 8 VDC to 32 VDC as well as special preparation for vehicle use including an input for permanent positive (terminal 30) and ignition positive (terminal 15). In addition, a special overvoltage protection circuit has been implemented for vehicle use, which in particular takes load-dump scenarios into account.
Equipped with a compact active cooling solution, the single-board computer developed and produced in Germany can be integrated and used immediately.
Three different cooling profiles can be selected using the BIOS setting:
- Silent mode (office mode, recommended up to approx. 30 ° C ambient temperature)
- Optimized Cooling (Factory default setting)
- Max cooling
The TDP (12W to 25W) can also be configured using the BIOS setting.
