eNUC Industrial BoxPC in embedded NUC™ standard with AMD Ryzen™ Embedded R1102G / Fanless / Fanless
The industrial BoxPC-NUCR-R1102 was designed according to the embedded NUC™ standard and is based on the latest AMD Ryzen™ Embedded R1000 platform.
It features excellent performance per watt and a strong integrated graphics unit (Radeon™ Vega 3).
Industrial suitability:
With its 2 cores / 2 threads, the silent & fanless EM BoxPC-NUC R1102 is perfectly suited as a low-maintenance and efficient IoT edge node or as a control computer for applications in machine and plant construction.
The following CPU with a TDP of 6W is used:
AMD Ryzen™ Embedded R1102G - 2 cores / 2 threads - 1.2 GHz to 2.6 GHz
AMD Radeon™ Vega 3 Graphics
Ambient temperature range:
0°C to +50°C convection cooling (others on request).
The BoxPC is designed for industrial applications in harsh environments and tuned to deliver high computing performance even in these conditions.
The DC wide-range input with 8V to 32V allows easy, space-saving and cost-effective integration, as many application scenarios do not require a separate PC power supply and can rely on an existing power supply.
Areas of application:
Due to the strong computing power in relation to the size and power consumption, the PCs are particularly suitable for use in Industry 4.0 applications, for example as an IoT gateway.
Three different mounting points ensure flexible installation on top-hat rails (DIN Rail), where the interfaces can be routed upwards and downwards as well as to the front.
Table mounting is also possible, as is attachment using a VESA mount.
Efficient performance and a powerful iGPU (integrated GPU) allow the system to be used for a wide range of applications:

With a large number of powerful interfaces in a very small space (approx. 117 x 47 x 120 mm), the system is suitable for many applications.

NUCR features a wide input voltage range from 8 VDC to 32 VDC as well as a special pre-equipment for vehicle use (automotive grade power supply) including an input for continuous positive (terminal 30) and ignition positive (terminal 15). In addition, a special overvoltage protection circuit for vehicle use is implemented, which particularly takes load-dump scenarios into account.
This enables integration into mobile systems such as vehicles (BOS), autonomous mobile robots (AMR), and battery-powered systems.

The rear USB port is designed, among other things, to connect the EM-I/O interface modules. This allows the BoxPC-NUCR to be expanded with interfaces such as CAN, GPIO, relays, LTE/UMTS, etc.. More information can be found here: EM-I/O Modules
